In this environment, we will sunset the ENGAGE No-Tour capability in the ENGAGE app for ENGAGE Access Control managed sites as of June 30, 2025.
During this two-year notice period, we recommend that customers upgrade to a more advanced access control software solution. Schlage® locks will support the No-Tour feature in other leading access control systems along with more advanced features and capabilities.
UPGRADE TO YOUR PREFERRED PLATFORM
A new access control option for the multifamily market
To provide an advanced solution to Allegion customers, Allegion recently announced its new Zentra solution— you can upgrade to Zentra, a seamless, secure access control software solution designed for multifamily to solve the everyday problems of shared property access. Please contact your US Allegion sales representative to learn more about Zentra*.
*Zentra is currently available in the United States and will be available in Canada and other markets in the near future. Certain fees and terms and conditions will apply.
ALTERNATIVE PLATFORMS
In addition to Zentra*, customers can also migrate to one of the Allegion-preferred access control OEM software partners** listed here.

After June 30, 2025: No-Tour will no longer be available for all ENGAGE Access Control managed sites.
If you migrate to Zentra for your access control platform, the subscription includes unlimited Schlage Mobile Credentials.
If you choose to migrate to a 3rd party access control platform, you will need to consult your provider about future offerings, fees, and licensing options.
